| Hello Kent - You were first in line for 2009. Here we go! Getting Started on Rear Damage. Accessing the Damage. Repairing Front Lower Grill Damage. Repairing Rear Lower Corner. Same Disassembling Front Bumper. Removing Front Bumper. We are finding quite a bit of corrusion. The coach must have been near the coast or spent some time on salted Roads. Same (Picture just taken at a different angle.) Looking at the damage on two outside fiberglass corners. Same Remounting Air Intake. It was held on by tie wraps .... Not a good idea Grill and headlight housing removed. Preparing to strip and re polish. Bike rack removed Removing Rear Valance Piece that has been damaged. Rear Bumper Removed to straighten and repair. Rear Lower Damaged Corner Removed to Repair. Removing exterior trim to repair damage. Airstream badge and model # removed. Lots of corrosion underneath. Same problem ..... Drivers Side Removing Carpet in Dining Area Removing Step Well Rear Rocker Panel Corner Section being Repaired Lower Grill Assembly Repairing Screen Door. Broken Frame Repairing Screen Door Frame and preparing to re screen. |
