About Us
Pete Snyder started out in the Trucking business
in 1960.  He was an Owner/Operator and built
his trucks from the ground up.  In 1985 he
moved to Nevada City, CA where there wasn't
enough work.  He became a self taught stone
mason and worked on jobs such as the Post
Ranch Inn in Carmel, CA.  He has always had a love for Vintage
Cars and Trailers.  When he wasn't working, he was restoring his
cars and trailers.  With the same workmanship he gives his own, he
now restores for other people specializing in Aluminum Skinned
Riveted Constructed Trailers, but he can do about anything.
Joseph Knoblock is a self taught woodworking
genius & Sierra Trailer Restoration found him by
fate.  While driving by his cabinet shop one day
we saw an old Airsream parked out front.  Vicki
(Pete's Wife) stopped to ask if he would like to
sell it.  It did not belong to him.  Vicki asked him
what kind of work he did.  Joseph invited her in to
see his cabinet shop & a trailer he was building.
"Oh My" (she thought) "Pete has got to see this".
